Customer Service Event

Customer Service Events, focuses on creating opportunities for employee engagement and teamwork within the customer service department. In addition to resolving client concerns and inquiries, the project aims to create a fun and festive atmosphere to boost morale and improve the overall customer service experience. As part of the project, employees were involved in activities like dressing up a co-worker, promoting creativity and collaboration.
